Didn't stay at hotel but ate at restaurant. Food was very good. Service was pretty good and very nice (but did neglect to bring me my change and it almost made us late for out movie!) - but she was apologetic.
Well the room was nice the bed was the hardest thing I've slept on in a very very long time.
The bed was nice. Customer service could have been better and when we got there the sleeper sofa sheets were yellow and had bugs on them... was NOT happy. The only good thing was that they came and changed them in a timely manner but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Smelled weird and the rooms near us were super loud.
Gave 1☆ because I couldn't give 0. Rooms are old and dirty and way overpriced. No vending machines where the signs indicated, had to go into the lobby for it. Then the breakfast... let's just say the lack of breakfast. Awful
