The front desk person was great! Room was fine. The person upstairs and beside us were horrid! The one upstairs walked like a herd of elephants. The couple and kid beside us were banging head off wall all night. Uggh

The New Iberia La Quinta was very accommodating for my family that had come to visit from out of state. The New Iberia La Quinta was the only hotel in the area that allowed pets which they were looking for. The rooms looked clean and staff was friendly.
The toll free reservation receptionist was very kind respectful professional and patience. La Quinta rooms very clean quiet and comfortable.
Warm welcome by staff and a great room, though still the one style shower over bath. Room was sheltered from highway noise and we had a great sleep. Can comment on other facilities as we slept and left
