I've been there several times for a very simple request, and the personnel were always friendly and very helpful .

They were very helpful and figure out what needed to be done and how it needed to be done very satisfied will return
Customer service here is a joke. "Tech experts" have no training, the copy and print personnel want to do the fastest job rather than best job so they cut corners, and everyone thinks attacking a customer as soon as they come in is great service. Let people browse!
Been here 15 minutes. Staff is working short handed. Its not acceptable that customers have to wait this long for service. Need to train more people in more than one area. Not their fault...
