Great customer service, highly knowledgeable staff. Warranty on games and cleaning service, both a nice plus. All pre-oaned games that I have purchased are still going good years later.

Great place. They have good prices, treat me and others well, and its fun when your waiting to pickup a preordered game because small talk with them is easy, just bring up a game and u have a coversation. Also theres a chance that u can get stuff for free. One of the workers their, drake, had gotten a halo sword from the gamestop manager for the release of halo five. He didnt want it, so when i went pick up shadow of war since i preordered it ,he gave me the sword a a lord of the rings one ring for free.
