I've been calling for the last 2weeks to make and dentist appointment leaving message after message still no one has return my phone call... The lady say there short hand thats still not a reason for no one to have return my call after 2 weeks i call every day still haven't recieve a call back nor appointment date
Horrible.I never seen a clinic who's voicemail is always coming on,and makes someone wait until February or March for an appointment.Low budget ass place and customer service.
I've had the worst dental experience ever at this place...twice. First time I had bone exposed after an extraction so he filed it down without the use of any type of anesthesia, hit a nerve and caused me severe pain. Second time he injected my mouth with local anesthesia without even bothering to use a topical first which was extremely painful. Extremely unprofessional and very rude!!!
It's one of the best places I've been, the Dr's really care and want to help get you in better health. I have been seen by both the medical and dental team. I highly recommend this clinic. Yes if you are a new patient it can take several weeks to get in to be seen but well worth the wait. They also provide walk-in services however you might be waiting several hours to be seen.
