All employees were very friendly and hospitable while I was waiting on my vehicle. The gave my vehicle an unexpected wash, wax, and interior detail along with a full tank of gas. That's what I call excellent customer service.

My wife brang my truck to go put 4 new tires on for me since i was working out of town. I got back from working out of town around thanksgiving. I decided to finally wash the truck and clean the rims and tires last week to find out that they installed 3 out of 4 tires wrong! 3 of them said inside and only the right one said outside. I guess the mechanic there must be blind to not see that. Ive had atleast 3 problems with jp thibodeaux since I've been servicing my cars with them. Poor customer service.
