SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT THERE! HOW DO YOU BREAK NEW LUGS & NOT REPLACE THEM?!
Jeramie Latiolais helped us make a great deal with the vehicle we wanted. Every question we asked he had an answer. If he didn't, he helped us get the answer. Amazingly patient and kind guy who was assured they could help in any way possible. All staff was really friendly. He handed us over to Damien LaBiche for contract and warranty stuff and he was awesome too. Good natured people who know how to make a sale. Great Experience.

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They broke my valve stem and refused to return my calls when I was trying to get them to take care of it. That cost me $150. Now, while replacing a recall part and they failed to tell me they were having issues and caused me to stay an extra hour while waiting for it. These were the two worst incidents, but not the only problems I've had with buying and servicing my car here. Last time I'll ever come here again!
Horrible Service!!!!! If I could give no stars I sure would have! Took my car in to get tires replaced and as I was trying to leave my car didn't want to start! Tells me it's a starter and let them replace it. Well tell me why a month later it's out and they won't warranty anything because it was an aftermarket starter that they purchased at O Reily and installed for us! Luckily i kept the old starter and took it to AutoZone because come to find out we had a lifetime warranty. Well AutoZone tests the starter that they said was bad and they said the starter is fine! So please tell me what machine they are using! DO NOT go to these scum bags! They lie and only want your money and care less if you are stuck on the side of the road because of their negligence!
