The staff is friendly and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable. I feel my kittens received the best of care. They are up-front about all costs and have worked with me as far as what I need immediately and what can wait. They have a great package that includes microchips, spaying/neutering, testing, and shots, and much more.
Luckily, since Reaux's is open late, my dog was able to be seen for a broken leg after 7pm. Dr. Garrott and staff were wonderful and very helpful! My dog was referred for surgery at a specialty clinic the very next day and both Dr. Garrott and Dr. Natalie have been great at caring for him throughout his recovery! Definitely recommend taking advantage of their extended hours when your pet is in need!
