Service was poor. Messed up on my order 3 times before finally getting it right. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. And there was food all over the floor. Couldn't even find a clean table to sit at.
Really disappointed!! Fried pickles came to table dripping with cooking oil and soggy. Steak was requested Medium and was well done Leather. Used to be a quality chain? How can the Manager allow that to leave the kitchen?? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Plenty of great competitors who take pride.
Place is going downhill and that’s saying a lot. Ordered online. Got a bowl of baked potato soup. The “bowl” wouldn’t fill up my toddlers little bowls. Maybe half way. Disappointed in the place, I used to love it. They want money over customer satisfaction.
Haven't ate here in forever because service was so bad. Decided tonight I would give to go order a try. Problems with a Visa gift card that my son was given. I went back and looked at my order just to,verify I ordered the correct thing. I ordered chicken enchilada soup,I was given a bowl of chili. I decided I would just eat it and not cause problems,halfway through a big chunk of something that was not very tasty was in my chili. Let's just say I'm not hungry anymore and wont be back!
The place wasn't as clean as I expected. I found an ant helping me devour my chicken wings. Sticky floors and tables. The bartender took my empty glass to make me another cocktail with it. I've never seen that done before (kinda like re-using the same plate at a buffet) and it made me a little uneasy.
