This is hands down the best post office I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The window staff is fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful! Kenny and Clyde make mailing packages an absolute joy!
Im noticing for a long time now that all of my packages that i order and has a tracking number i receive, but packages that i order that doesnt has a tracking number mainly that comes from China or overseas i never get. Ive called the post office numerous times and its still happening but its being investigated and ive already gotten answers. Cant wait for everyone to see the surprise to whats been happening to them. Sticky fingers needs soap and water. Dont mess with the private eyes...
One of the carriers, we will call him DD, has sexually harassed and assaulted multiple Co workers and customers and the management, Sherman and Linda protect him. Linda Leblanc, the Post Master, verbally and emotionally abuses employees daily. She literally creates conflict, a hostile work environment, and chaos, just so she can "fix" it and look like she cares. She rides the accomplishments of her staff and takes credit for things that she had no part of. She is a pathological liar and should be removed from her position ASAP.
Operates exactly like the govt runs it. Plesently rude even when approached politely at the New Iberia office. Not helpful after shredding my mail then shoving it in a bag and dropping it off in my mailbox.
I scheduled a redelivery 3 times! No one seems to read the notes I wrote for where to put my package since I won't be home. I needed my package ASAP.
