Had a very bad first experience with this company. the limo driver, however, was awesome. i forget her name, i think it was Michelle (but she was very helpful, apologetic and kind), but i could be wrong; bad with names. Anyway. Their limo broke down on our group in the middle of our event, so we were stranded. had to wait 45 minutes+ for a new limo. The heater in the limo didn't even work and it was cold out. Anyway, when one of (or the only i'm not sure) manager's arrived, he told me that this happens to all their cars and there's no telling when it will happen, and proceeded to mentioned how many he's had to put in the shop. Anyway, they said they would try and work something out for us, but after a while of reminding them, they simply stopped answering calls. Very unprofessional company; would NOT recommend for your event, even if you end up having to pay more for someone else. Don't get stranded like we did.
