I had a stopped up drain and the first plumber I got didn't fix it and broke the plug on the clean out. Called Pipes and Plugs and they came the same day. Patrick and John were both very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Got the drain opened and fixed the broken plug. Pipes and Plugs will be the first one I call from now on. I highly recommend them.
Found a leak going to my water meter on a Saturday evening. Called Pipes and Plugs and within 45 minutes Pat and John showed up to assess the situation. Asked me what I wanted to do and explained to me the options. Very knowledgeable and professional. Within 30 minutes I had water again. Cleaned up everything and explained about the 5 year warranty. Oh my Goodness they were so professional. The technicians worked well as a team and wasted very little time diagnosing my issue. I could not say No to the estimate...So Reasonable.. The site where they worked was left neat and clean . I barely knew where they accessed the work area. The bonus I received is priceless-- Education on waterlines, water pressure and maintenance of my pipes. These guys love their work, they know the industry. Grant & John did a spectacular job of coming out and addressing our street drainage issue and cleaning them.
