For a DMV, not terrible. The building is shabby as others have noted. Parking can be a real adventure as there are limited spots in the front and side. Helpful enough service. There is a place on Lewis street that will do some things DMV related without the wait. Signage could definitely use an update.
If I could have given a ZERO, I would have. After entering my information, a note pops up saying: use only numerical, then when I use only numerical a note pops us saying use only numerical, letters etc. back and forth. This site either needs to be fixed or deleted.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. If it was optional to go here this place would have zero "customers".
Stay away from this place, it's filled with toxic idiots (especially the woman at the express lane who deserves a punch in the jaw) and stupidly long wait times. 3:15-5:00. Makes no sense whatsoever.
The motor vehicles sign is faded and the building looks like it's a RV storage facility. The workers are rude. They told me i needed my old license to get my new address put on . No other DMV requires this, luckily I had it! But No, now i need proof that I live at the new address. No other DMV has done this. I have changed my address 3 times in the past without any proof. I have no bills in my name, but a banks statement will suffice. To bad I don't drive around with all my mail. It is a common case of you need this, no now this. I will not be returning.
