I attempted to contact Mr. Spears about a potential case that I was interested in hiring him for. I emailed him twice, and called his office and left a voice message, over the course of 3 weeks. He never responded. Not even polite enough to respond and say no.
What a complete crook!! He was paid a lot of money to get my fiance in front of the judge again..not only did he not make that happen, but he refuses to talk to me now, to show me any paper work for what he did (or didnt do) and completely gives me the run around. I call his office and tell his secretary (his wife) that I have power of attorney and I am speaking on behalf of my fiance..she tells me good for you! "watch how you talk to me, ill hang up on you" REALLY?? completely unprofessional and incompetent..dont waste your time here..take your services, money, and time else where. Im currently in the process of reporting him and his wife to the bar of association!!
Unfortunately I've had Mr. Spears several times. Ive only had him over again because he has always been the upmost direct, and intact with me as a client and knows how to push the pencil. As a 2nd off. He managed to get the 2 occuring charges I had dismissed on two different occurances. Mr. Spears is known and has been known to be one of the best in the area. He is 'often found in the court room;' & would recommend him to anyone seeking a really good lawer, to 'get things done!' Good luck!
