Customer service has taken a HUUUUGE nosedive. No ome around to assist, and when someone dies show up, they complain about having to help you!!!
Came from Baton Rouge to get some tile. They were the only ones that had the amount we needed. Ms Vange was amazing and took very good care of us. If you need flooring, make sure and ask for her. She knows her stuff and will take good care of you.
Can't get help they run from you, they don't know nothing, most items on shelf has been returned broke. They put it back on the shelf. Omg check your stuff before you leave. Just drive a Lil bit for better service . We do.
The visit was not bad but the lady that's working customer service was not very nice and has no respect for the cripple
