Dr. Menard is very nice. However, the timeliness of the office getting back to me with results is TERRIBLE. I requested that they contact me by my cell phone, yet they call the house phone and leave an inaudible message on the machine. I had a follow up appt. approximately 30 days after being on a C-PAP machine, and Dr. Menard did not have a print-out of my results. In fact, she hadn't even done what she was supposed to do to get my results electronically. Seems ill prepared for follow up visits. She also did not get back to me with the results within the two weeks that she said she would after the visit. I had to keep calling the office and request that they call my cell number. They eventually left a message on my house phone stating that everything was fine. As an educated person, I'd like to see my results and have the doctor go over them with me. This should have been done at the office visit. Severe sleep apnea is serious. Be careful with your bill b/c they also tried billing me for 2 face-to-face visits with the doctor that never occurred. They cleared that up. If you want a sleep study done, go to Lafayette.
