The walmart market here in new iberia is awesome its amazing the employees are courteous and polite lines may be a lil long but its worth the wait, however the walmart supercenter is just the opposite the employees are rude and hateful just dread walking through those doors the products are good if u are familiar with their locations and the lines move fairly quickly but the customer service is a thumbs down and if u call the super center if they do answer ull be put on hold and noone ever comes back to the phone that to is quite the opposite for the market place you call they handle the call right away very quickly and very nicely
I realize it's Christmas time but shelves are not stocked even with everyday items. I was disappointed leaving there and having to shop another store for vitamins, a Walls work jacket, and Pilot erasable ink pens.
Never have enough open checkout lanes. Very few associates are courteous or helpful. To many employees doing nothing while a handful of workers are actually earning their pay.
If you want to get rude service come to this Walmart, their attitude is horrible!!! I don't know how in the world they could've possibly get hired!!! They're so rude. I asked a simple question and the lady was so bothered by it , with her ass throwing her product to the side and replies " what? What you need?" And don't get me started on the lazy ass employees, those have to be the worse ones. You have them looking at you ugly like you interrupted their sleep. They should shut this Walmart down.
They have good food in the deli, several heat and eat pizzas, and their brand of products are pretty good. Lots of extra services as well...bank, hair salon, nail salon, tax preparer, etc.
